In 2008, Lau Yeung, one of the founders of Dreamarvel, was recognized for his spirit of exploration and innovation and received support from Creative Community Singapore (CCS), a MICA initiative, under its Creative Talent Fund.

In 2009, Dreamarvel was awarded the YES! Start-ups Fund (Young Entrepreneurs Scheme for Start-ups). The fund helps young entrepreneurs in setting up their new innovative startup.

From 2010 to 2011, Dreamarvel Incubated with NTU Ventures, the commercial arm of Nanyang Technological University, receiving mentorship and guidance. Having graduated from the incubation program, Dreamarvel still keeps in close contact with NTU Ventures.
